Surprised the family by coming home for Christmas (well, technically the morning of the 27th). Spent a lot of the time snowed in.

I decided to drive around aimlessly in northern San Diego while the roads and sites were uncrowded since everyone should have been home eating turkey!

Ed and I went to San Diego for a week at the end of July 2008 for my job interview at Malin Space Science Systems. He called it "a great adventure for a dying old man." :)

Aimee and I hit up Niagara Falls for 3 days and then picked up our dad in Erie, PA...after that, we drove all over the place! St. Louis, Yellowstone, The Grand Tetons...check out the pictures and see where we went!
